Registration:

Journal track:

  • bi-weekly batch deadlines on Sundays (GMT).
    • The 2012 deadlines are 12.8., 26.8., 9.9., 23.9., 7.10., 21.10., 4.11., 18.11., 2.12., and 16.12.
    • The 2013 deadlines are 6.1., 20.1., 3.2., 17.2., and 3.3.
    • After 3.3., only revisions of earlier submissions to this track will be accepted.
  • aiming for notification within 8 weeks (for submissions within the page restrictions).

Due to the enormous amount of submissions in the last batch, we expect a 9-10 week review period for this batch. We thank the authors for understanding.

 

Proceedings track:

  • paper submission: Monday, April 22, 2013
  • light-review resubmission: Friday, May 24, 2013 May 27, 2013
  • notification: Friday, June 14, 2013
